Made in jQuery for jQuery

Jelliphy is a new javascript applet based on jQuery library.
Its purpouse is to be the jQuery GUI, an interface that helps any kind of user to compose jQuery transformations for any web page. The key idea is to combine the jQuery's ease of use with a GUI that brings it within reach of everyone, even those unfamiliar with Javascript or HTML. On the other hand, it also comes with Advanced tools for developers:

jQuery ui and compatibility with other jQuery resident versions

jQuery UI complete library is also available to the user.
To prevent conflicts with existing jQuery or jQuery UI versions, Jelliphy renames the library core functions. To access any jQuery or jQuery UI API simply use the "JlQ" Jelliphy reserved keyword instead of the dollar ($) or add the "JL" prefix to the "jQuery" keyword. Likewise, the "JL" prefix can be used for all the jQuery UI stylesheet classes. APIs can be also launched from the Transformation Edit tool.

Selector Generator Engine

One of the Jelliphy key features is the Selector Generator Engine.
When an element is selected, the Selector Engine automatically generates a list of jQuery selectors that uniquely identify the element. The list is ordered on an efficiency criterion calculated on a heuristic basis.
The first element, that is the best for the algorithm, is selected by default but users can force Jelliphy to pick another one from the list by changing the selection from Advanced Match ⇒ Current Element.

Advanced Page Match

Jelliphy PRO integrates a high performant and customizable module to recognize which page the user is navigating.
This is essential to apply the transformations only to the target pages on loading, saving and publishing: by default they are applied only to the current page, but this can be easily overriden by checking the "Apply to all pages" checkbox. Advanced users can also
  • Change the matching Script File with an exact match or a Reg-Exp based match (by adding a "#" at the beginning and at the end of the string)
  • Edit the PHP condition to match the desired REQUEST paramaters (or any other PHP paramater)
